VERTIGO Miniatures? What is it?
It is the fulfillment of my dream. When I was 20 years old, right after the Gentle Revolution in 1990, I read an article about Revell, I was amazed at the complexity and sophistication of production in this company. Of course, also surprised at how much it costs to produce a model from A-Z.
I am fascinated by this process, and at that time I dreamed about how one day I too would have a company that makes things for modelers.
Many years have passed since then, and model making was still my hobby.
It was only in 2011 that I gradually got to my first production of figurines, busts and accessories. And suddenly the brand VERTIGO Miniatures was born, I admit that I was inspired in the name by a song by my favorite group U2.
I started to learn and gradually progress step by step, yes, it was literally pioneer beginnings for me, and one learns the most from one’s own mistakes.
Gradually I started to design more and more products, it is true that in this process people with whom I worked came to me, but with some we had to part ways forever.
That’s life too, but I’ve lasted 12 years.
I learned a lot during that time, because someone cannot know everything right away.
And that’s why I want to thank all my friends, modelers and family who have supported me and continue to support me on this path that I chose for myself.
It was a good 12 years of getting to know each other, making mistakes, but also taking steps that took me further.
Now the time has come when I want to move even further and not stop making our hobby more fun and varied. That is why there is a new e-shop, in which we will mainly focus on better communication with you, our customers, news and support.
You can look forward to new products, tutorials and especially personal meetings at competitions.
